Our flagship studio is located on the top floor of converted electric parts factory located in the heart of Newark, NJ. 

The loft-style studio doubles as a raw warehouse set with gritty textures and an eclectic array of furniture.

5,000 square feet of uninterrupted interior space.

Huge factory windows allow fantastic natural light.

19’-high wooden truss ceiling.

Drive-in vehicle ramp.

Clean concrete walls provide character and texture - the perfect canvas to get creative with and in front of. 

The space includes a working kitchen filled with lush plants, a lounge area complete with vintage furniture, and a stripped back bathroom, plus plenty of vacant areas ready for you to customize.

Up above, wooden lattice work lends a natural, historic feel to the building.

Production teams also have access to the building’s rooftop. Make use of 360 degree cityscape views at sunset and sunrise.

Shooting at ODR, you have endless set design options, access to state-of-the-art equipment, and a team of professionals on hand to assist you with your production.
