ODR BEACH HOUSE

Located just off the beach, at the end of a dead end street in the idyllic town of Sea Girt, NJ, lies our large 5-bedroom late 80s stylized beach house. With a pool & garden in back, pastel coloured rooms throughout, an impressive master suite and a winding, plant-filled path to a quiet beach it offers multiple sets for both interior and exterior.

Just over an hours drive from NYC, with ample space for crew staging & a large 6-vehicle driveway the house is perfectly suited for shoots both large and small.

BOILER ROOM

A 700 sq ft boiler room, with 8’ high ceilings, below our 1st Floor Workshop.
