ODR Studios is an industrial film studio and event space curated for photography, film, and video production. With 10,000 unobstructed square feet over two floors, a 19’-high wooden truss ceiling, cement walls, large factory windows and a drive-in vehicle ramp, our location is truly unique.
Housed in a renovated 1920s transformer factory, the chic loft-style studio doubles as a raw warehouse set with fantastic natural daylight, gritty textures and an eclectic array of furniture.
Located 20 minutes from New York City, in the Ironbound neighbourhood of Newark, NJ, we offer both our main studio & NJ beach house for hire, plus in-house set design and production assistance upon request.
